INITIAL
CLIENT MEETING Our clients have become accustomed to the highest standards of integrity, quality, legality, and professionalism from our executives, managers and Case Officers, as well as our staff analysts, operatives, technicians and administrative personnel. The sensitive nature of our cases demands the highest levels of discretion and privacy, the judicious employment of tact and diplomacy, and the constant protection of confidentiality that we bring to each and every matter entrusted to our care. What the ACME GROUP protects best, with the utmost effort, is the interest and privacy of our clients. The initial meeting in person or by other secure means determines the client's status and our ability to resolve the client's problem. Thereafter our analysts develop a case strategy, and depending on the case, a feasibility study may be conducted to determine the likelihood of success. Once the client approves the recommended activity, a Case Officer is assigned to conduct and supervise the matter, and serves as the primary client contact point through private contact numbers which access the C.O. immediately. In addition, at every stage of the matter, the client is provided with written and/or verbal reports, as appropriate to the matter. The reports and other materials we provide to memorialize our activities are clear, concise, factual, accurate, timely, well-written, easy to understand, and directed to the appropriate audience. The presentation, prepared with the latest information technology, is appropriate to the end use of the materials, as we inquire on this issue and follow the dictates of the client. Our equipment is our own, maintained by our own technicians, and state-of-the-art in terms of available technology and application to our investigative and security activities. No case suffers for want or lack of communication capability, information resources, surveillance and remote monitoring capability, recording and photography equipment, GPS and other global location devices, and other technology that can be brought to bear upon a given case. These considerations result in an efficient, effective, well-equipped, professional force of supervisory and field operatives, truly dedicated to accomplishing the assigned task. No matter what the case requires, be it civil or criminal, investigative or security-related, a legal matter, an undercover operation, or just a plain old "who-dun-it", we bring the same high degree of integrity, professionalism and experience to each and every case we conduct.
